S-A-D

I guess it's hormonal.

I'm so S-A-D and
when I get sad like this
I start thinking of all
of the things that make
me sad and I get
more sad.

Why do I do this to myself?
I try to talk myself out of it
but it's rare (if ever, not sure)
that I can do that.

I'm just so sad . . .
